RETURNS POLICY

We are sure that you will be happy with your order but we understand that sometimes you need to return an item. We operate a 'no-quibbles' guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

If the return is due to an error we have made or faulty product we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please see contact details below for advice.

For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return any items. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please ensure that you enclose a note with your parcel including your original order number and reason for return.
